Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number has been issued.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different days.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@sunshineeshop.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
